Not a techy guy, need help

I am not a techy kind of guy but I love the look of this plugin. Can someone help me install this and get it working please?

I am using Wordpress 3.0.1 with the Headway theme. I don't understand CSS or HTML.

Site is http://www.b2cy.com and it really wants this plugin on it.

Login to the WordPress administration panel and select Plugins in the left hand column. Click the Add New link and in the search box on that page, type in Sharebar. The Sharebar plugin should be the first result - just click the red install button and follow the steps from there!

Apparently it was working. For some reason it wasn't showing up until I reloaded my browser. It seems to be fine now. Thanks for the speedy reply.
