The 1.5 idea was new to me and a good idea to give yourself a little leeway for when life's curve balls do come. Setting little deadlines is a great way to keep yourself on track and to help you feel like your accomplishing your task. The best advice given on this post was to keep in contact with your client as you can't see necessarily the client face to face so its easy with all the technology to forget that the client are humans as well.
